BALLER MOVE: Start in 14+ Team PPR leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR4
ANALYSIS: Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Jalen Tolbert was significantly quieter in the Week 6 blowout loss to the Detroit Lions than he was in his "breakout" game in Week 5 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. However, that 21.7 PPR point effort shouldn't be ignored. Tolbert is the clear WR2 on the Cowboys offense right now.

He's been a solid playmaker this season. Dallas is also excellent coming off of bye weeks, which are a big yet unheralded advantage for NFL teams. An entire extra week of rest and preparation goes a long way in a league as competitive and injurious as the NFL.
Dak Prescott is awesome after his bye week. In seven career games after a bye, Prescott is averaging 28.1 Fantasy points, and he only has one outing over that span with fewer than 22.3 points.

Tolbert should resume his role with fellow WR Brandin Cooks (knee) still on injured reserve for at least the next two weeks.

He's worth a bench stash in normal leagues and a start in deeper leagues, especially in PPR formats.
