DeAndre Hopkins Headed To Kansas City
4 weeks agoThe Tennessee Titans are trading star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins (leg) to the Kansas City Chiefs for a conditional fourth-round pick. The Chiefs have been decimated with injuries at the wide receiver position, losing Rashee Rice (knee) and Marquise Brown (shoulder) out for the season. JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstring) is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury. Hopkins immediately fills the void as Kansas City's No. 1 wide receiver and should immediately become one of quarterback Patrick Mahomes' top targets. Hopkins was having a down season, catching 15 passes for 173 yards and a touchdown over six games with the Titans. The 32-year-old is dealing with lower leg soreness, but the injury isn't severe enough to keep him sidelined. Hopkins is only rostered in 50% of Yahoo Fantasy leagues and should be added in all leagues as the veteran wideout should see a boost in production as Kansas City's new No. 1 wide receiver.
