Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa suffered a concussion back in Week 2 against the Buffalo Bills and has not played since.
The left-handed quarterback was placed on the Injured Reserve but is now eligible to return to the field after missing four games.

Tua Tagovailoa Injury Update
The Miami Dolphins activated Tagovailoa's practice window following his four weeks on the IR, and he is returning to practice this week, according to Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel.
The goal is for Tagovailoa to suit up and play when the Dolphins take on the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday in Week 8. McDaniel said: "The clearing doesn't come until after some of the activity, but we're obviously doing so in the hope of everything going well so that he can play Sunday. But that will be to be determined."

Many fans and media suggested that Tagovailoa's concussion concerns could end his career, but doctors all cleared him to return to play.
Tua Tagovailoa Fantasy Football Outlook
The Dolphins really struggled with Tagovailoa sidelined, going 1-3 in his absence. Tyler Huntley and Skylar Thompson both made starts for the team, while Tim Boyle played extensively last week.

Having Tagovailoa back under center is a big boost to this offense. It makes Tyreek Hill a top WR1 option again and makes Jaylen Waddle fantasy relevant again after he struggled to produce recently. Waddle had 109 receiving yards in the one full game Tagovailoa played. He hasn't topped 50 since.
As for Tagovailoa himself, he should be viewed as a solid QB2 with upside going forward. There are obvious injury concerns that limit some of his appeal, but this is a guy who led the NFL in passing yards last season and who led the NFL in touchdown percentage in 2022.
