Steelers Defense Faces New-Look Jets Offense On SNF
1 month agoThe Pittsburgh Steelers have been dominant on the defensive side of the ball this season and will hope to continue their hot start against the New York Jets in Week 7. The Jets already had a few weapons to be wary of, but Pittsburgh will be the first of New York's opponents to plan for their addition of six-time Pro Bowler Davante Adams. Without Adams, the Jets have scored 18.8 points per contest while averaging just over 304 total yards of offense in 2024. Although quarterback Aaron Rodgers has undeniable chemistry with Adams, New York should not be expected to become one of the league's top offenses immediately. Pittsburgh has recorded seven sacks, three forced fumbles, and two interceptions in two games at home this year and is likely to make things difficult for the Jets at Acrisure Stadium on Sunday night. Fantasy managers can once again feel confident deploying the Steelers DST in all formats.
