6 months agoCalgary Flames forward Yegor Sharangovich (undisclosed) suffered an injury during Friday's preseason finale. Wes Gilbertson of Postmedia reported that the 26-year-old took an awkward fall late into the final period of the game and did not return after. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status ahead of the season opener on Wednesday evening when they face the Vancouver Canucks. The former fifth-round pick performed very well in his Calgary debut last season as he tallied a career-high 31 goals and 59 total points.
