2 months agoHouston Texans running back Joe Mixon (ankle) is not expected to suit up for the Week 5 matchup against the Buffalo Bills. Mixon hasn't played since Week 2 and it looks like he'll miss at least one more game. Mixon hasn't been able to practice this week, which puts him in the wrong direction ahead of Sunday's game. That being said, Cam Akers and Dare Ogunbowale figure to split up the backfield duties for at least one more week. Akers is looking like a low-end flex option after posting 53 yards on the ground on 13 attempts last week. UPDATE: Mixon did not practice on Friday.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
