Odell Beckham Jr. Looks "Great" In Return To Practice
2 months agoThe Miami Dolphins opened wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.'s practice window this week, and he was listed as a full participant on Monday. The three-time Pro Bowler signed a one-year deal with Miami this offseason after posting 565 receiving yards and three touchdowns with the Baltimore Ravens in 2023. Dolphins wide receiver coach Wes Welker said Beckham looked "great" in his first practice with the team this season, and his full practice designation suggests he will play on Sunday against the New England Patriots. However, until Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) returns to action, it would be surprising if Beckham is on the fantasy football radar. Even when Tagovailoa does return, it could be tough for Beckham to earn targets alongside Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. The 2014 first-round pick has notched a 600-yard receiving season since 2019 and appears to be well beyond his prime. He could have late-season value if Hill or Waddle get banged up and Tagovailoa is under center, but for now, he is best left on the waiver wire. UPDATE: Beckham was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
