Miami Heat shooting guard Tyler Herro came into training camp weighing 200 pounds, the heaviest he's been entering camp, according to Herro. He noted that he has a goal to get stronger, reiterating a previous quote from the 24-year-old in August when he mentioned making an effort to stay as healthy as possible throughout the season. Herro battled multiple injuries in the 2023-2024 season and was limited to just 42 games. When healthy, Herro has been a very productive member of the Heat, whether it be as a sixth man or, more recently, a member of the starting five. He averaged a career-high 20.8 points in 2024 and has been around that mark each of the last three seasons. Fantasy managers will want to snag Herro in their drafts if they can. With a current ADP in the low-70s, Herro should provide value to any managers drafting him as long as he stays healthy.--Kevin Larson - RotoBaller

Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro was on fire in Wednesday's play-in game against the Chicago Bulls, racking up a game-high 38 points in a 109-90 road win. He was unconscious in the first half, sinking all eight shots for 23 points to help Miami grab a 71-47 lead. The Bulls did a much better job defensively in the second half, but still had no answers for Herro, who finished 13-for-19 from the field with a 3-for-7 record from downtown. The first-year All-Star rounded out his line with five rebounds, four assists, and one steal. Herro's play was on another level compared to others, but he also has room for improvement for Friday's showdown against the Atlanta Hawks, as he committed seven turnovers. In four regular-season meetings with the Hawks, Herro averaged 24.8 points, 4.5 rebounds, 6.8 assists, and 1.5 steals, shooting 40 percent from three-point land.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro (rest) has been removed from the injury report and is good to go for Wednesday's contest against the Chicago Bulls in the Play-In Tournament. Miami rested Herro on Sunday as the team wrapped up its regular season schedule with a loss to the Washington Wizards. Herro has been a headache for the Bulls all year and must deliver another big performance for the Heat to keep their playoff hopes alive. In three regular-season meetings with Chicago, Herro averaged 24.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 6.3 assists.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro (thigh) will return to action on Monday against the Philadelphia 76ers. Herro's status has been upgraded from questionable to available. He is ready to rejoin the fun after missing Saturday's matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks due to a thigh contusion. Herro has been on fire for the past couple of weeks and figures to carry a larger offensive role in Monday's game, as Bam Adebayo (back) has been ruled out. The team also remains without Andrew Wiggins (hamstring).--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro (thigh) has been listed as questionable ahead of Monday's tip-off against the Philadelphia 76ers due to a right thigh contusion. He has played some heavy minutes this season, as he averages more than 37 minutes per game so far in April, including 10 games this season with 40 or more minutes. If he's sidelined for this one, against a tanking team, Pelle Larson and Duncan Robinson should both see added minutes like they did in their overtime loss to the Milwaukee Bucks. Larson could be the sneaky DFS play, but presents a lot more risk than Robinson. In that game against the Bucks, Robinson posted 16 points, three assists, and two rebounds.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller
