Steelers D/ST Underwhelms In Loss To Colts
3 months agoThe Pittsburgh Steelers defense surrendered 27 points and 358 yards of offense while recording two sacks and one forced fumble in a Week 4 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Pittsburgh looked shaky immediately, allowing the Colts to march 70 yards down the field and find the end zone on their first drive of the contest. Even with quarterback Joe Flacco taking over for the injured Anthony Richardson (hip), the Steelers gave up more than 10 points for the first time this season and failed to generate a turnover. While Pittsburgh's defensive prowess makes the DST too valuable to be labeled a streaming option, fantasy managers may want to lower their expectations in certain matchups moving forward. The Steelers defense will look to bounce back at home against the Dallas Cowboys next Sunday night.
