BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3
ANALYSIS: The Raiders will be without star Davante Adams (hamstring) in Week 4, so wide receiver Jakobi Meyers should see more opportunities in the passing game. Meyers will step into that WR1 role against the Browns this weekend and should be a viable flex play in most 12-plus team leagues.
Meyers is coming off his best game of the season last week, scoring 21.2 PPR fantasy points behind a seven-catch, 62-yard, one-touchdown performance. With Cleveland allowing over 34 PPR fantasy points to opposing wideouts this season, the Raiders playmaker can be a solid start in most cases.
Jakobi Meyers is rostered in only 37% of Yahoo! leagues.

Given that Browns cornerback Denzel Ward hasn't really shadowed most WR1s this season -- as he has a 38% shadow rate through three weeks -- Meyers should have a higher fantasy floor in Week 4. So, don't be scared to put him in your lineups this week with Adams out.
