BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB2
ANALYSIS: It has been a rough start to the season for Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White. He is averaging just 2.13 yards per carry through the first three weeks, while Bucky Irving is averaging 6.2 yards per carry to start the season. Given Irving's efficiency on the ground, the rookie should see more carries in the coming weeks.
As a result, White is trending down in fantasy heading into Week 4. But it'll be hard to sit him in Week 4 against an Eagles defense that has allowed over 5.2 yards per carry to opposing running backs this season. With Irving also dealing with a hamstring injury and missing practice on Thursday, the third-year running back should be started in most 12-plus team leagues this weekend.
#Bucs HC Todd Bowles on whether Bucky Irving has earned the right to be the starting running back:
“No… We’re gonna need Bucky and Rachaad [White] all year. Bucky had some schemed runs that worked and Rachaad had some that didn’t. That doesn’t mean he’s playing better, that… pic.twitter.com/d7WzRZ3bCb

While White hasn't been efficient on the ground, his receiving upside gives him a higher floor than most other running backs. He has caught at least five passes in two of three games this year, so he comes in as an RB2 in fantasy this week.

Braelon Allen - Week 4 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks
BALLER MOVE: Start in 14+ Team Leagues POSITIONAL VALUE: RB3/RB4 ANALYSIS: While it may be tempting to start New York Jets running back Braelon Allen, low-volume backup running backs don't tend to be good start decisions early in the season. Lead back Breece Hall still takes a lion's share of the touches, and Allen has […]
Demarcus Robinson - Week 4 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks
BALLER MOVE: Sit POSITIONAL VALUE: WR4 ANALYSIS: It became apparent during the game against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 3 that Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Demarcus Robinson, and any receiver not named Puka Nacua or Cooper Kupp, wouldn't be worth starting for the Rams this season. No L.A. pass-catcher got more than four […]
Zach Ertz – Week 4 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues POSITIONAL VALUE: TE14 ANALYSIS: Washington Commanders tight end Zach Ertz has been a solid weapon for Jayden Daniels this season. Calvin Ridley - Week 4 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3/FLEX ANALYSIS: While Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley didn't do much in his Week 3 loss to the Green Bay Packers, there's a trend that fantasy managers should be noticing. Titans QB Will Levis is terrible. Ridley is still a good receiver, he's just stuck […]
