BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: TE1
ANALYSIS: It has been a nice start to the season for Cincinnati Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki. His 14 catches, 18 targets, and 156 receiving yards all rank top-four among tight ends through three weeks. As a result, Gesicki has put together some solid fantasy performances over the past few weeks. The 28-year-old has finished as a top-12 fantasy tight end in back-to-back weeks.
Therefore, Gesicki is a solid TE1 option in 12-plus team leagues against a Panthers defense that has struggled to stop opposing tight ends to start the season. Carolina has allowed the third-most fantasy points to the position so far in 2024.
2024 Tight End Receiving Yardage Leaders 😮
1️⃣ Dallas Goedert - 239
2️⃣ 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐁𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬 - 197
3️⃣ Mike Gesicki - 156
4️⃣ Isaiah Likely - 141
5️⃣ Hunter Henry - 136
6️⃣ Zach Ertz - 128
7️⃣ Cole Kmet - 128 pic.twitter.com/HyE7247W3f— Bleacher Nation Fantasy (@BN_Fantasy_) September 25, 2024
The only concern with Gesicki moving forward is his playing time. He has played 50% or less of the team's offensive snaps in all three games this season. However, he's certainly involved when he is on the field. So, there's no reason to panic about his snap share just yet. Fantasy managers should lock him into their lineups in a great matchup this weekend.

Braelon Allen - Week 4 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks
BALLER MOVE: Start in 14+ Team Leagues POSITIONAL VALUE: RB3/RB4 ANALYSIS: While it may be tempting to start New York Jets running back Braelon Allen, low-volume backup running backs don't tend to be good start decisions early in the season. Lead back Breece Hall still takes a lion's share of the touches, and Allen has […]
Demarcus Robinson - Week 4 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks
BALLER MOVE: Sit POSITIONAL VALUE: WR4 ANALYSIS: It became apparent during the game against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 3 that Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Demarcus Robinson, and any receiver not named Puka Nacua or Cooper Kupp, wouldn't be worth starting for the Rams this season. No L.A. pass-catcher got more than four […]
Zach Ertz – Week 4 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues POSITIONAL VALUE: TE14 ANALYSIS: Washington Commanders tight end Zach Ertz has been a solid weapon for Jayden Daniels this season. The veteran tight end is the TE10 over the first three weeks, averaging 6.3 half-point PPR fantasy points per game, scoring 6.3 or more in more in back-to-back […]
Calvin Ridley - Week 4 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3/FLEX ANALYSIS: While Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley didn't do much in his Week 3 loss to the Green Bay Packers, there's a trend that fantasy managers should be noticing. Titans QB Will Levis is terrible. Ridley is still a good receiver, he's just stuck […]
DeAndre Hopkins – Week 4 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks
BALLER MOVE: Start in 14+ Team Leagues POSITIONAL VALUE: WR38 ANALYSIS: Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins has had a slow start to the season after suffering a knee injury in training camp. The veteran had two receptions on three targets for 17 receiving yards and 2.7 half-point PPR fantasy points over the first two […]
