ANALYSIS: Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers had an impressive Week 3 performance, totaling seven receptions on nine targets for 62 receiving yards and a touchdown, scoring 17.7 half-point PPR fantasy points. The veteran tied for the team lead in targets with Davante Adams and Tre Tucker.

While he had a strong performance in the loss to the Carolina Panthers, Meyers is far from a must-add in standard-size leagues. The Raiders had 40 pass attempts compared to only 16 rushing attempts in Week 3. More importantly, the veteran had been a fantasy afterthought before yesterday’s game.
Meyers had seven receptions on eight targets for 90 receiving yards and 12.8 fantasy points over the first two weeks, totaling 7.9 or fewer in both contests. The veteran receiver had an impressive performance on Sunday with Brock Bowers struggling. The rookie tight end had only four targets after totaling at least eight in his first two career contests.
Fantasy players in deeper leagues should target Meyers off the waiver wire. However, the veteran is far from a must-add player.
