2 months agoThe San Francisco 49ers D/ST unit is a strong play in Week 3 as they face the Rams in Los Angeles. In Week 2, the 49ers allowed 23 points to the Minnesota Vikings' defense while gathering four sacks, one fumble recovery, and one interception. San Francisco is ranked 12th in Yahoo default scoring, but it comes as no surprise that all of the Top-6 units have a touchdown, and none of the rest have any. If the Niners can buck last year's trend and run into some production in that most unpredictable category, they have a chance to make a big difference in fantasy lineups this year. Los Angeles' offense is hurting right now. Last week, the Rams only scraped together 10 points against Arizona and will be without star receivers Puka Nacua (knee) and Cooper Kupp (ankle).
