BALLER MOVE: Sit in Standard 10-12 Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR4
ANALYSIS: Week 1 was probably an aberration. And it's better for the Giants offense if it was. New York Giants receiver Robinson had 12 targets in Week 1, followed by just four in Week 2. While he salvaged his fantasy day (somewhat) with a touchdown, it was the Malik Nabers show for much of the day.
Nabers dominated target share to a historic degree in Week 2 against the Commanders. As it should be. Nabers is the best receiver on the Giants roster by far, and should be treated like it by being fed incessantly. Nabers was targeted 18 times, catching 10 passes for 127 yards and a TD.
Malik Nabers accounted for 18 of the Giants 27 targets on Sunday.

Robinson is a fine chain mover, but Nabers is just so talented that the vast majority of passing plays will have better outcomes if Nabers is targeted. This may not leave much room for Robinson. He has good quickness but isn't a difference-maker in the offense. Nabers also has elite YAC ability.
The last point is important, because Robinson specializes in underneath and short routes, and Nabers is much better at turning those into explosive plays. For now, Nabers is the only Giants WR worth starting in fantasy outside of extremely deep leagues, so Robinson should stay on the bench.
