ANALYSIS: Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Gabe Davis had a nice outing in Week 2 and should be viewed as a WR3/flex play in Week 3.
In the season opener, Davis caught all three of his targets for 62 yards. However, in the second week, the former Buffalo Bill saw an improved seven targets but caught just three of them for 43 yards.

Despite the modest production, Davis has logged the most snaps among Jacksonville wideouts. In addition, he has received 21.3% of the team’s targets and 26.3% of the team’s air yards. He has also held a strong 13.5 aDOT, which suggests that he is getting ample looks downfield.
Facing the high-powered Buffalo Bills, the Jaguars may need to lean on their passing game on Monday evening which should bode well for Davis. The 25-year-old should be viewed as a high-end WR3 this weekend.
