BALLER MOVE: Add in 16+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 10% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: It has been a rough start to the season for New England Patriots wide receiver Demario Douglas after an impressive rookie campaign. In 2023, Douglas caught 49 passes for 561 yards. However, he hasn't seen much involvement in the passing game through the first two weeks of the 2024 season. The second-year wideout only has two catches for 12 yards so far this year.
As a result, he isn't a strong waiver wire add heading into Week 3. He has seen just three targets all year and hasn't played above 40 snaps in either of the team's first two games. That is quite a surprise, considering Douglas played at least 40 snaps in six of the final eight games of the 2023 season.

With the Patriots keeping games close over the first two weeks, they haven't needed to throw the ball a lot. That has certainly hurt Douglas' fantasy value to begin the season. But with games upcoming against the New York Jets, San Francisco 49ers, and Houston Texans, the young wideout could see more usage in the coming weeks. That makes him a potential add in 16-plus team leagues.
