Mark Andrews Looks To Bounce Back In Week 2
2 months agoBaltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews received a minuscule two targets in the team's first contest to the surprise of fantasy managers everywhere. He played more of a blocking role than a receiving role as the offensive line was in desperate need of help with Chris Jones in the backfield seemingly all the time. The Chiefs also game-planned to take Andrews out of the passing game, so it was an uphill battle all night long. Andrews will likely go up against Robert Spillane whose coverage grade isn't one of the highest for linebackers. Isaiah Likely may have proven to be a formidable tight end as well, but Andrews still has the chemistry with Lamar Jackson and ran 38 routes out of his 59 snaps in Week 1. He'll continue to run plenty of routes and should see a return to the mean target-wise. Fantasy managers can look to Andrews as a low-end TE1 in Week 2.
