2 months agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings (ankle) is being considered day-to-day with an ankle injury heading into the Week 2 matchup with the Minnesota Vikings. Jennings was banged up in the preseason, but he played and led the team in receptions (five) and receiving yards (64) in the win over the New York Jets on Monday Night Football. The team is likely to be careful with Jennings, especially while Brandon Aiyuk knocks off the rust following an offseason hold-in and Ricky Pearsall (chest) recovers from a gunshot wound.
