BALLER MOVE: Sit
POSITIONAL VALUE: QBs
ANALYSIS: Levis is entering his second season as the starting quarterback with the Tennessee Titans, and while he showed promise in Year 1, both he and the Titans need to show a little more before you should feel comfortable starting Levis outside of very deep leagues.
Levis took over for Ryan Tannehill on the Titans last season and never looked back. After a huge game against the Falcons, throwing for 238 yards and four TDs, Levis was very inconsistent down the rest of the stretch, throwing just four TDs to four INTs.
To Levis' credit, the Titans dealt with bad offensive line play all year, and the only receiver who showed any signs of being a No. 1 option was DeAndre Hopkins in his age-31 season.
The Titans alleviated some of these concerns by drafting offensive tackle JC Latham with the seventh overall pick. Latham is a fantastic prospect and should immediately be a big improvement in protecting Levis' blind side.
The Titans also signed Calvin Ridley, who had a solid 2023 campaign in his first year back in the NFL in nearly two seasons. Despite trouble with drops, Ridley will provide a big upgrade to the Titans receivers room.

However, at this point, to start Levis in fantasy leagues would be premature. Typical leagues only start one quarterback, and there are more than 12 QBs who have a proven history of production and are much safer starts.
There are two rookie quarterbacks this year, Caleb Williams and Jayden Daniels, who absolutely should earn starts over Levis. All the big-name QBs, like Josh Allen, Jalen Hurts, Patrick Mahomes, and Lamar Jackson, should be starting instead of Levis.
Joe Burrow, Kyler Murray, C.J. Stroud, Anthony Richardson, Jordan Love, Dak Prescott, Brock Purdy, Tua Tagovailoa, Jared Goff, Trevor Lawrence, Justin Herbert, Aaron Rodgers... you get the point. It's easy to name at least 15 QBs who stand a much better chance of helping you win in Week 1.
That's why Levis' ADP is ~QB25, and nothing is compelling that suggests he should be rated much higher. Leave Levis out of your starting lineups in 1QB formats (unless you're in a 24-team league).
