3 months agoTrackhouse Racing's Ross Chastain will start 22nd in this week's Cookout Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway. It will be the second time in his Cup career that he will start a race outside the Top 20 at the South Carolina track. In 10 races at Darlington, Chastain has five top-20 finishes, including two finishes in the Top five. After 25 races completed this season, Chastain has 19 top-20 finishes, with three top-15 finishes in the last four Cup events. In practice, Chastain ranked seventh in overall lap averages and third in five consecutive lap averages of all drivers. With significant PD upside and his season on the line, Chastain is a driver worth taking a shot on for DFS this week, mainly due to his recent track history and overall performance this year on tracks with the Intermediate rules package.--Sean Engel - RotoBaller
