BALLER MOVE: Start in All Formats
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB1
ANALYSIS: Averaging a healthy 84 total yards per game a year ago, Isiah Pacheco could be in line for more work in 2024. His averages saw a boost when Jerick McKinnon was out of the lineup. McKinnon is no longer with the team.

Veteran Samaje Perine was just added to the roster, and he could fill McKinnon's pass-catching role perfectly. But we're just over a week away from the start of the regular season. Pacheco will see work on all downs against the Baltimore Ravens. His early-down work isn't going anywhere.
The Ravens, widely regarded as one of the best defenses in football, were middle of the pack against running backs a year ago. With the new downfield weapon Xavier Worthy in tow, defenses will have to honor the Kansas City passing game even more.
Pacheco was drafted in the second or third rounds of fantasy football drafts as an RB1. There's no reason to overthink the easy start/sit decisions in Week 1. Start the early-round players that your roster is built around.
