Bryce Eldridge Continues To Show Power
3 months agoSan Francisco Giants first base prospect Bryce Eldridge went 1-for-3 with a walk, two runs and a three-run home run for High-A Eugene on Wednesday. Eldridge, 19, was the Giants first-round pick in 2023 and comes in as the teams No. 1 prospect per MLB Pipeline. The first baseman opened the season with Single-A San Jose before a promotion to Eugene, where he has played his last 39 games. Between both levels, Eldridge has hit a combined .286 with 17 homers and 78 RBI in 346 at-bats. Standing tall at 6'7, 223 pounds, the first baseman offers some of the best raw power from the left side of the plate and is also a disciplined hitter. It will be a few seasons before his potential big-league debut, but he is a name to keep track of in dynasty leagues.
