Carlos Prates scored a highlight-reel first-round knockout win over UFC veteran Neil Magny in the main event of UFC Vegas 100. Magny tried to take Prates down but Prates displayed excellent takedown defense. After an unsuccessful takedown attempt by Magny, Prates fell on top of him, but Magny managed to get up. Shortly after, Prates dropped Magny with an elbow but he let Magny get up. Prates began hounding Magny, and with just 10 seconds left in the fight, Prates landed a devastating left hand that landed on Magny's temple and sent him to the floor, knocking Magny out. In 4:50 of action, Prates landed a takedown and 12 significant strikes. With the win, Prates improved to 4-0 in the UFC and is on an 11-fight winning streak.--Alen Kurbasic - RotoBaller
