Blake Snell Continues Dominant Run
3 months agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Blake Snell continued to pitch like an ace on Sunday, tossing seven innings of one-run ball against the Oakland Athletics. Snell allowed six hits and two walks while striking out 10. The lefty has been on a tear since returning from the IL on July 9, allowing just six runs in 52 ⅓ IP (0.97 ERA) with 70 strikeouts. Snell has excelled in the second half for the last three seasons, and at this point it appears to be something to pay attention to come draft season. Even if he starts slow, he is more than likely going to have a stretch like the one we are seeing now and possibly win some fantasy leagues.
