Clayton Kershaw Shuts Down Cardinals Over Six Innings
3 months agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw tossed six scoreless innings against the St. Louis Cardinals on Sunday. The left-hander struck out two batters and allowed four hits in his six innings of work. The 36-year-old veteran is 2-1 this season in five starts with a 2.63 ERA and 1.25 WHIP. He has 19 strikeouts in 24 innings. This was a little bit of a vintage Kershaw performance and he has shown that there is still a bit of magic left in his left arm.
