4 months agoSan Diego Padres starting pitcher Joe Musgrove (elbow) has a good chance at returning to the mound this weekend. Manager Mike Shildt told reporters there's a high probability of Musgrove pitching against the Miami Marlins. The 31-year-old has been sidelined since late May due to a lingering elbow issue. This has basically been a lost season for Musgrove, but he still has a chance to contribute down the stretch of the season. He should get a favorable matchup against the struggling Marlins offense. Fantasy managers who still have Musgrove rostered should prepare to activate him this weekend.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
