4 months agoTexas Rangers outfielder Wyatt Langford (back) is absent from the starting lineup ahead of Sunday's game against the Boston Red Sox. This marks the second game in a row that Langford has missed due to back tightness. It's worth noting that manager Bruce Bochy said Langford could play if necessary, but they wanted to give him another day to rest. That being said, Langford should be back in the lineup by early next week. Ezequiel Duran will cover left field and bat seventh versus right-hander Nick Pivetta.
