Tyler Locklear Goes Deep Twice On Friday
4 months agoSeattle Mariners first base prospect Tyler Locklear went 3-for-4 with two home runs and a double on Friday evening. Locklear was recently sent back down to Triple-A after the Mariners acquired Justin Turner at the trade deadline. Locklear struggled through his first look at the major leagues with a .156/.224/.311 line. However, at Triple-A this season, the former second-round selection has posted a .273/.373/.500 line. Locklear is a name to keep an eye on in deeper AL-only formats this summer, as he could earn another look at the major leagues in the stretch run.
