Cam Collier Stays Hot With Four-Hit Game On Thursday
4 months agoCincinnati Reds third base prospect Cam Collier stayed hot on Thursday evening by going 4-for-5 with a double, a long ball, and a walk. This was his second consecutive game going deep and his third straight multi-hit game. In his past seven games, the former first-round selection in the 2022 MLB Draft has been swinging a hot bat with a .480/.581/.840 line, 12 hits, two home runs, and a 4:4 BB:K ratio. Since June 25, the 19-year-old holds a .281 AVG which is a big improvement over the .229 AVG he held through most of the first half of the season. Collier could earn a brief taste of Double-A late this summer, given how well he has begun to play at High-A. Dynasty managers should continue to monitor his progress as he develops into one of the top third base prospects.
