4 months agoTampa Bay Rays third baseman prospect Brayden Taylor is being promoted to Double-A Montgomery after putting on a power-speed display at High-A. The 22-year-old posted a .271-14-45-71-26 line over 83 games. In MLB.com's updated prospect ranks, the former first-round draft pick rose 22 spots, from No. 82 to No. 60 overall. He should see time at the upper levels of the minors in 2025, and with the Rays cleaning house at the big league level, it's possible he even has a path to a major league debut next season if he continues to hit.--Jarod Rupp - RotoBaller
