Brenton Doyle Leaves Game Early With Finger Contusion
4 months agoColorado Rockies outfielder Brenton Doyle (finger) left Sunday's game against the San Francisco Giants early with a finger contusion. Doyle was frustrated after striking out in the first inning and threw a towel against a training kit, but Doyle struck the training kit as well and hurt his finger. It's a bizarre injury, but seemingly not a serious one as Doyle was deemed day-to-day. Fantasy managers will hope that the breakout stud can get back into the lineup for Tuesday's game, but they will have to check the latest news and update their lineups accordingly.
