Connor Norby is a fantasy baseball waiver wire stash for Week 18 (2024). Target Connor Norby as a top prospect free-agent waiver wire pickup for fantasy baseball.
BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
CALL-UP ETA: Called up Thursday, 7/25
ANALYSIS: Infielder Connor Norby is back up with the Baltimore Orioles, replacing Jorge Mateo who was just placed on the IL. This is Norby's second stint with Baltimore after he spent a little over a week with the club back in early June.
Norby appeared in only four games for the Orioles but had one home run in 14 at-bats while hitting .214. He's been very steady at the plate all season at Triple-A Norfolk, slashing .297/.389/.519 while hitting 16 home runs and stealing 13 bases.
Brandon Hyde on Connor Norby: “He’s going to get some regular playing time. So, he’s going to be in there tomorrow and hopefully he can give us a little spark.”

He's in the starting lineup today, hitting eighth for Baltimore, and is an intriguing add based not only on the injury situation but the possibility of some roster movement due to trade since Baltimore is being rumored to be shopping bats for another arm.
Norby is rostered in just 9% of Yahoo! leagues but that number is rising quickly and he should be a popular pickup if he can stick in the lineup and get at-bats on a near-daily basis.
