4 months agoOkemos High School (Mich.) shortstop/third baseman Caleb Bonemer has agreed to a deal with the Chicago White Sox. Bonemer, the second-round (No. 43 overall) pick of the White Sox in the 2024 draft, reportedly agreed to a deal worth $3 million. That is above the slot value for the pick ($2,172,800). The 18-year-old was committed to the University of Virginia, so the White Sox will be happy to have him signed.--Brian Buckey - RotoBaller
