He'll tee it up at Royal Troon for this week's The Open Championship, his fourth consecutive appearance. Scheffler has a strong track record at The Open Championship, finishing tied for eighth in 2021, T21 in 2022, and T23 in 2023. It's worth noting that Scheffler ranks in the 99th percentile in greens in regulation percentage on approach shots from 150-200 yards in the fairway. This is significant because Royal Troon has 101 bunkers spread across the course, meaning any inaccurate shots could be costly for golfers.
