4 months agoThe New York Yankees have taken right-handed pitcher Ben Hess out of the University of Alabama with the 26th pick in the 2024 MLB Draft. The six-foot-five-inch 21-year-old has a fastball that can touch 99 but is consistently around 92-96. The righty also offers a slider and a curve, but has had some control issues in the past that will need to be cleaned up. If he can fix it, which by all accounts he can, he could make himself into a No. 2 starter in the big leagues.--Jarod Rupp - RotoBaller
