Jacob Misiorowski Strikes Out 10 Across Six Frames On Friday
5 months agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitching prospect Jacob Misiorowski tossed a second consecutive quality start on Friday. He logged six shutout frames with ten strikeouts. He allowed just two hits and two free passes. This was also his second consecutive game tallying double-digit punchouts. While the 22-year-old has had the occasional blow-up start at Double-A this season, he has showcased his elite potential more times than not. Through 72 ⅔ innings, the Crowder College product holds a solid 3.10 ERA, 1.22 WHIP, and a 41:98 BB:K ratio this season. In his past five outings, he holds a stellar 1.71 ERA and 0.76 WHIP. The right-hander will likely not make his major league debut until 2025 but remains one of the best pitching prospects in the sport and should remain rostered in all keeper and dynasty formats.
