Bradley Blalock Rebounds With Dominant Start After Rough June
5 months agoMilwaukee Brewers pitching prospect Bradley Blalock turned in a quality outing for Double-A Biloxi this week, tossing seven shutout innings with one hit while striking out five without walking a batter. It was a much-needed dominant start for Blalock after he struggled to a 12.15 ERA in four June starts with Biloxi. The right-hander pitched a scoreless inning of relief for the Milwaukee Brewers in June in his big league debut before returning to Double-A. The Brewers' No. 17 prospect is now 4-2 with a 4.48 ERA and 1.28 WHIP for Biloxi in 13 starts.
