Corey Seager Extends Hitting Streak To 13 Games
5 months agoTexas Rangers shortstop Corey Seager extended his hitting streak to 13 games in Monday's 9-4 win at the Los Angeles Angels by going 3-for-4 with a double and a home run. Seager's 13th homer was a 457-foot shot off Angels starter Davis Daniel in the top of the first, giving the Rangers an early 2-0 lead. He added a double and a single and is slashing .273/.352/.485 with 45 RBI and 42 runs scored. Seager is off to a blistering start in July, hitting .417/.440/.875 with two homers, eight RBI, and seven runs scored over six games. Fantasy managers have thrived off his recent tear as he continues walloping opposing pitchers.
