Leodalis De Vries On Power Surge
5 months agoSan Diego Padres shortstop prospect Leodalis De Vries went 3-for-5 with two RBI and a solo home run in Single-A Lake Elsinore's most recent contest. The home run was the fourth of the season for the 17-year-old and his third over his last two games. De Vries entered the season as one of the most electric prospects in the game and playing in Single-A at such a young age is evidence why. For the year, De Vries has hit .229 with four homers, 21 RBI and eight stolen bases over 45 games. The youngster hailing from the Dominican Republic has five-tool potential and dynasty managers should already be investing shares in De Vries, even at such a young age.
