5 months agoJustin Haley has qualified 23rd in the second annual Grant Park 165 from Chicago, IL. In last year's inaugural Chicago street race, Haley shocked the world by finishing runner-up, the highest finish of any Cup Series regular. What makes his efforts last season even more impressive is the fact that he earned this finish despite starting 37th. This effort, which also resulted in him leading 23 laps on the day, should give us the confidence to know that the 24-year-old can move up this track, as he proved he could do it with less inexperience just one year ago. Between last year's performance, his bargain salary of $6,700 on DraftKings, his favorable starting position, and that he has just the 11th-highest projected ownership (23%), Justin Haley should be considered a core play in DFS this weekend at Chicago. --Adam Erhardt - RotoBaller
