5 days agoNew York Mets pitcher David Peterson pitched well enough to earn a win yet finished with a no-decision in Monday's 9-7 loss at the Washington Nationals. Peterson recorded his third quality start after allowing two earned runs on seven hits over 6 1/3 innings with two strikeouts and a walk. Peterson is 3-0 with a 3.51 ERA and 1.44 WHIP, striking out 22, and walking 14 in 33 1/3 innings. Fantasy managers looking for wins might consider adding Peterson, but his overall numbers make him risky.
