5 months agoThe Chicago White Sox are set to promote pitching prospect Ky Bush to Triple-A Charlotte on Tuesday. Bush, 24, was acquired from the Los Angeles Angels last season as part of the Lucas Giolito deal. The left-hander has been dealing this season for Double-A Birmingham with a 2.12 ERA and 1.03 WHIP in 14 starts this season in a career-year. Bush is the club's No. 17 prospect per MLB Pipeline and has looked like a steal with the way he has thrown the ball this season. With the White Sox likely to deal off the little talent that they have at the big-league level, Bush could be an option later this summer.
