5 months agoNew York Yankees outfield prospect Spencer Jones finished his big month of June with a huge game for Double-A Somerset on Sunday. Jones went four-for-five with a walk, two homers, three runs and seven RBI in a 13-3 victory. Jones, 23, is the 65th rated prospect per MLB Pipeline and he has shown the numbers to back it up. In 64 games this season, Jones has hit .252 with nine homers, 45 RBI and 17 stolen bases. Jones has shown the ability to help across the board with his big frame at 6'6, but is unlikely to make his debut in 2024. Despite that, Jones should be rostered in dynasty leagues as his debut will likely come in 2025.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
