Noah Schultz Stellar Through June
6 months agoChicago White Sox starting pitching prospect Noah Schultz has performed very well in June at Double-A. The southpaw opened the season with High-A but moved up to Double-A at the end of May. Through 15 ⅔ innings this month, the former first-round selection has posted an excellent 2.30 ERA, 0.83 WHIP, and near-perfect 1:18 BB:K ratio. In the month, he has only given up more than one earned run on one occasion. While he has only gone four innings deep in every start, he is showcasing excellent command of his pitches and high strikeout potential. The 20-year-old is considered one of the best pitching prospects in all of baseball and remains on track to make his major league debut sometime next summer.
