5 months agoThe Toronto Blue Jays activated shortstop Bo Bichette (calf) from the 10-day injured list on Tuesday and optioned outfielder Steward Berroa to Triple-A Buffalo in a corresponding move. It ended up being a minimal stay on the injured list for Bichette, who was dealing with a minor calf injury. The 26-year-old All-Star is back at shortstop and is batting leadoff for the team on Tuesday against the Boston Red Sox and right-hander Brayan Bello at Fenway Park. Despite the fact that Bichette hasn't looked like himself this year, fantasy managers in single-year leagues will want to insert him into their starting lineups. He's hit .417 with a 1.000 OPS and an RBI in 12 career at-bats versus Bello. In 52 plate appearances in June before his injury, Bichette had gone 10-for-49 (.204) with four doubles and three RBI in 13 games.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
