Mitch Keller Tosses Seven Scoreless Innings
5 months agoPittsburgh Pirates starting pitcher Mitch Keller was impressive during Wednesday's matchup against the Cincinnati Reds. The right-hander struck out seven batters over seven scoreless innings of work during Wednesday's victory. Keller allowed only two hits and a pair of walks in what ended up being a no-decision for him. The 28-year-old has surrendered three earned runs or less in eight of his last nine outings. He'll take a 3.11 ERA, 1.20 WHIP, and 85/24 K/BB ratio into a rematch against the Reds next week.
