Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen is reportedly on the Pelicans' radar. Jonas Valanciunas isn't expected back next season, and Brandon Ingram could be on the move, so adding Allen would undoubtedly lessen the blow caused by the potential departures. The 26-year-old finished last season by averaging a career-high 16.5 points with 10.5 rebounds and 1.1 blocks. He also shot 63.4% from the field. Of course, Cleveland's primary focus this offseason is on extending Donovan Mitchell. However, the Cavs could keep their core intact, considering Evan Mobley wasn't the healthiest during the 2023-24 campaign.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen was highly efficient against the Miami Heat on Monday, finishing a 138-83 win with 14 points, 12 rebounds, two assists, and six steals. He went 5-for-5 from the field and made all four of his free throws, achieving a game-high plus-42 over 25 minutes of play. Cleveland made quick work of the Heat in the first round, with Allen performing as a walking double-double. He recorded three double-doubles in four games, averaging 14.3 points and 10.3 rebounds. It promises to be more challenging for Allen going forward, but he appears to be in outstanding form for the playoffs.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen is available for Thursday's meeting with the Pacers. With Darius Garland (toe), Donovan Mitchell (ankle), Evan Mobley (rest), and Max Strus (knee) getting the night off, Allen is the only starter who will get on the floor. However, according to head coach Kenny Atkinson, the former Net will play in a "limited capacity," meaning he will see fewer minutes than usual. As a result, Tristan Thompson and Chuma Okeke should be more productive, although Ty Jerome and De'Andre Hunter remain the safest fantasy options for the Cavs on Thursday night.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen (finger) will play in Sunday's matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies. The tenacious big man injured his right index finger in the previous game against the New York Knicks, logging only 20 minutes, but fortunately, he will not be forced to miss additional time. Allen has been a big part of Cleveland's success this season, averaging 13.6 points and 10.4 rebounds with 70.6 percent shooting from the field. On Sunday, Allen may have more success offensively than usual, as Memphis allows the eighth-most points per game to opposing centers.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen (hand) is questionable for Sunday's game against Memphis. The former Brooklyn Net exited Friday's blowout win over the New York Knicks because of a hand injury. Fortunately, X-rays were negative, although he was set for an MRI on Saturday. Hopefully, Allen won't miss extended time because of the injury. But if he ends up on the shelf, Evan Mobley could handle things in the middle, with De'Andre Hunter or Dean Wade potentially getting the start at the four spot.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
