5 months agoTampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Taj Bradley had his best start of the season on Thursday, throwing seven frames of two-run ball (none earned) in a 3-2 win over the Chicago Cubs. Bradley allowed just three hits and two walks while striking out 11, earning his second win of the season in the process. He had both his fastball and splitter working in this one, with the two combining for 17 whiffs. While it's been an up-and-down season for the 23-year-old, he holds tremendous upside and is worth a roster spot in most leagues in case he makes good on his potential.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
