Jace Jung Goes Deep Twice For Triple-A Toledo
6 months agoDetroit Tigers prospect Jace Jung went 2-for-3 with two home runs and three RBI for the Toledo Mud Hens on Tuesday night. Jung hit his 10th and 11th home runs of the season, bringing his RBI total to 40. He is sporting a slash line of .285/.399/.536. The Tigers No. 3 prospect is doing everything he can to prove worthy of a promotion to Detroit. The brother of Texas Rangers third baseman Josh Jung, the younger Jace, should force his way to the big leagues at some point in 2024. He has the bat to be a valuable waiver-wire addition for the rest of the season. Jung is a must-have in dynasty leagues because the sweet-swinging lefty can do a bit of everything at the plate.
